Blackberry Creek and Rancho Compasión have joined forces in a collaborative merger! We will be holding an open house at our property in Marin County on Sunday, July 2nd and we encourage all of our supporters to attend!

For this event we will be offering two ways to visit:

Standard Open House Ticket - Self-guided animal meet and greets 1-2pm or 2-3pm. 

$10 donation per person (all ages) requested. 

Explore the sanctuary grounds at your own pace and visit the animals from over the fences. See ducks, geese, chickens, big pigs, potbelly pigs, turkeys, cows, llamas, sheep, goats, and donkeys, hear some of their rescue stories told by volunteers, and get up close and personal with animal residents who choose to interact with guests. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a chance for little ones to read to some of the animals will be provided!

VIP Ticket - 3pm - 6pm

$100/person (children 12 and under are free)

Join us for a guided tour with one of our staff members and closer meet and greets with some of the animals in a smaller group setting. Then, head to the vineyard for lawn games, breathtaking views, and a wine and wood-fired pizza happy hour reception to celebrate the collaborative partnership between Rancho and Blackberry. You'll have the opportunity to meet board members form our combined Board of Directors and learn more about our future plans while supporting the expansion at the same time!
